All political candidates were required to undergo mandatory personality screening, and those who had sociopathic or narcissistic tendencies were ineligible to run for public office. Candidates who exhibited high degrees of collaboration, listening and compassion were scored highly. The results of all personality testing were openly shared with the voting public.
